赣州市土地利用现状分析与评价

Analysis and evaluation of land use status in Ganzhou city

根据赣州市土地利用的特点,从土地利用开发程度、土地集约经营程度和土地利用综合效益三方面建立土地利用现状评价指标体系,基于权的最小平方法确定各评价指标的权重,并运用综合评价系数法对土地利用现状进行综合评价,揭示土地利用存在的问题,为赣州市合理利用土地提供依据。结果表明:赣州市土地利用开发程度高,但其土地利用效率低;土地集约经营程度处于中等水平,还未达到集约利用的水平;土地利用综合效益较高,但土地利用与经济、社会、生态的发展不协调。赣州市土地利用现状综合评价系数分值为80.9,土地利用现状水平处于基本合理利用阶段。

According to the characteristics of land use in Ganzhou,we establish an evaluation index system of land use status from three aspects--the degree of land development and utilization,the degree of land intensive use and the comprehensive benefits of land use.In this system,the weight of each evaluation index is based on the least square method,and a comprehensive evaluation coefficient method is made.By using this system,this paper reveals the problems of land use and provides the basis for rational land use in Ganzhou.The results are as follows:the degree of land development and utilization is high,but its land use efficiency is low;the degree of land intensive use is at a medium level;the comprehensive benefits of land use are relatively high,but the economic,social,and ecological development is not coordinated with land use.In summary,the comprehensive evaluation coefficient score of the current land use is 80.9 and the current level of land use in Ganzhou is at the stage of basic rational use.
