聚二炔酸/锌(Ⅱ)配合物的可逆热致变色性能

摘要 用紫外光照射含N2O4供体锌配合物(BFP-Zn)和10,12-二十三碳二炔酸(TCDA)的混合溶液,引发聚合得到聚10,12-二十三碳二炔酸/锌配合物(聚(TCDA)/BFP-Zn),通过FT-IR,XRD,SEM及TG对材料的结构、形貌及热稳定性进行表征.聚二炔酸中—COO-与配合物中Zn^(2+)的螯合使复合材料具有可逆热致变色行为,50℃时复合材料由蓝色转变为红色,140℃变为橙红色,且热致可逆;170℃变为橙黄色,热致不可逆.光照时间、BFP-Zn用量对复合材料热致变色温度影响较大,光照15 min,BFP-Zn质量是二炔酸单体的30%时,聚(TCDA)/BFP-Zn复合材料变红色最快,变色温度范围较宽,稳定性较好. Poly(10,12-tridecadienoic acid)/zinc(Ⅱ)complexes(poly(TCDA)/BFP-Zn)composites was prepared by UV irradiation polymerization using mixed solution of 10,12-tridecadienoic acid(TCDA)and zinc(Ⅱ)complexe with N_(2)O_(4) donor.The structure,morphology and thermal stability of the composites were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and TG.The reversible thermochromic behavior of the composites was attributed to chelate bonding interaction between carboxyl of polydiacynic acid and Zn^(2+)in complexes.Its color changes from blue to red at 50℃and turns to orange red at 140℃.Poly(TCDA)/BFP-Zn composites have thermally reversible properties before 170℃.Although its color turns to orange-yellow at 170℃,the color remains unchanged after cooling.The photopolymerization time and amount of BFP-Zn have important effect on thermochromic temperature of composites that poly(TCDA)/BFP-Zn composites have the fastest color change,wide discoloration temperature range and better thermal stability discoloration.
