皮肤屏障修复剂联合抗组胺药物在面部皮炎治疗中的应用研究

Effect Study on Skin Barrier Repair Agents Combined with Antihistamines in the Treatment of Facial Dermatitis

目的:探究皮肤屏障修复剂联合抗组胺药物对面部皮炎患者皮肤屏障功能及生活质量(Dermatology life quality index,DLQI)的影响。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年9月在笔者医院进行面部皮炎治疗的患者279例,用随机数字表法分为实验组、对照1组和对照2组,每组各93例。实验组采用舒敏保湿特护霜+复方甘草酸苷片+盐酸奥洛他定片+硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏进行治疗,对照1组采用复方甘草酸苷片+盐酸奥洛他定片+硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏进行治疗,对照2组采用外敷舒敏保湿特护霜进行治疗。比较三组患者治疗前后总优良率、皮肤屏障功能、心理健康程度、DLQI变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,实验组临床治疗总优良率显著高于其余两组(P<0.05),对照1组临床治疗总优良率显著优于对照2组(P<0.05);治疗后,三组角质层水含量、pH、皮脂含量明显改善(P<0.05),实验组显著优于其余两组(P<0.05),对照1组角质层屏障功能改善显著优于对照2组(P<0.05);治疗后,三组SAS、SDS评分及DLQI评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),实验组显著优于其余两组(P<0.05),对照1组SAS、SDS评分及DLQI评分显著优于对照2组(P<0.05);治疗后对照1组、对照2组和实验组总不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(5.37%vs4.30%vs3.23%,χ^(2)=0.523,P=0.770>0.05)。结论:皮肤屏障修复剂联合抗组胺药物治疗面部皮炎患者,能够显著增强患者皮肤屏障功能及皮肤生活质量,并且在治疗过程中无其他严重不良发应发生。

Objective To investigate the effects of skin barrier repair agents combined with antihistamines on skin barrier function and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)in patients with facial dermatitis.Methods A total of 279 patients with facial dermatitis in author hospital from February 2018 to September 2020 were enrolled,and divided into three groups by random number methods,each with 93 cases.Experimental group received Anti-sensitive Moisturizing Tolerance Extreme Cream+Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets+Olopatadine Hydrochloride Tablets+Compound Boric Acid and Zinc Oxide Ointments,control group 1 received Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets+Olopatadine Hydrochloride Tablets+Compound Boric Acid and Zinc Oxide Ointments,and control group 2 received Anti-sensitive Moisturizing Tolerance Extreme Cream.The total excellent and good rate,skin barrier function,mental health,DLQI and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared among three groups.Results After treatment,the total excellent and good rate of clinical treatment among three groups was the highest in experimental group,followed by control group 1,and was the lowest in control group 2,with statistical difference(all P<0.05).There was an improvement in stratum corneunl hydration,pH and sebum secretion in all three groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was the most significant in experimental group than in other two groups(P<0.05).The improvement of corneum barrier function in control group 1 was significantly better than that in control group 2(P<0.05).Scores of SAS,SDS and DLQI were significantly improved in all three groups after treatment,which were the best in experimental group,followed by control group 1,and were the lowest in control group 2,with statistical difference(all P<0.05).After treatment,control group 1,control group 2 and experimental group,the total adverse reaction rate showed no statistic difference(5.37%vs 4.30%vs 3.23%,χ^(2)=0.523,P=0.770>0.05).Conclusion Application of skin barrier repair agents combined with antihistamines in the treatment of facial dermatitis can effectively enhance the skin barrier function and DLQI,with no serious adverse reaction.
