透明质酸保湿乳对面部皮炎的修复疗效及对皮肤屏障功能的影响

Effect of Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Milk on Facial Dermatitis and Skin Barrier Function

目的:探讨透明质酸保湿乳对面部皮炎的修复疗效,观察治疗过程中产生的不良反应,分析其对皮肤屏障功能的作用。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年9月笔者医院皮肤科收治的面部皮炎患者103例。按随机数字法分为对照组51例和观察组52例。对照组外用他克莫司软膏,观察组在对照组基础上加用透明质酸保湿乳。记录两组一般资料,比较两组临床症状积分评估修复疗效,观察治疗过程中的不良反应,检测两组皮肤屏障功能。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(71.15%)高于对照组(47.06%,P<0.05)。两组患者主客观症状及总积分治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后均较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组经表皮水分流失量(TWEL)、角质层含水量以及油脂含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组TWEL均低于治疗前,角质层含水量以及油脂含量均高于治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组TWEL低于对照组,角质层含水量以及油脂含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:透明质酸保湿乳对面部皮炎的修复疗效好,患者临床症状减轻,不良反应少,皮肤屏障功能逐渐恢复,值得临床大力推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of hyaluronic acid moisturizing lotion on facial dermatitis,observe the adverse reactions during the treatment process,and analyze its effect on the skin barrier function.Methods Total of 103 patients with facial dermatitis admitted to the department of dermatology in author hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected.According to the random number method,they are divided into the control group(n=51)and the observation group(n=52).The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment externally,and the observation group was treated with hyaluronic acid moisturizing milk on the basis of the control group.The general information of the two groups was recorded,and the clinical symptom scores of the two groups to evaluate the repair efficacy were compared,the adverse reactions during the treatment process and detect the skin barrier function of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(71.15%)was higher than that in the control group(47.06%,P<0.05).The subjective and objective symptoms and total score of the two groups were not statistically significant before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,they were all were lower than before treatment and the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,the comparison of The amount of water lost through the epidermis(TWEL),stratum corneum water content and oil content between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the TWEL of the two groups was lower than before treatment,and the water content and oil content of the stratum corneum were higher than before treatment(P<0.05).The TWEL of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the water content and oil content of the stratum corneum were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyaluronic acid moisturizing lotion has a good repair effect on facial dermatitis,the patient’s clinical symptoms are alleviated,the adverse reactions are less,and the skin barrier function is gradually restored.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
