Dynamic monitoring and operation and maintenance strategy of provincial GNSS reference station network

开展全球导航卫星系统基准站网常态化动态监测与运行维护是保障基准站网长期、稳定运行的前提。本文基于黑龙江省GNSS基准站网多年来的运行维护经验,从运行状态监测、运行维护及用户管理与应用等角度出发,分析省级基准站网运行服务的各个环节中应予以关注和解决的事项,研究梳理监测方案与维护策略,为更好实现基准站网运行服务提供参考建议。

Carrying out the normalized dynamic monitoring and operation and maintenance of the global navigation satellite system(GNSS)reference station network is the premise to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the network.Based on the operation and maintenance experience of the GNSS reference station network in Heilongjiang province for many years,in this article it was analyzed the issue that should be paid attention to and resolved in each link of the provincial reference station network operation service from the perspectives of operation status monitoring,operation maintenance,and user management and application.The monitoring plan and maintenance strategy were also studied,which provided reference suggestions for better to realize the operation service of the reference station network.
