贵州省高校体育专业人才培养现状分析

On the Current Status of Developing Physical Education Professionals in Colleges and Universities in Guizhou Province

通过对当前贵州高校体育专业人才培养现状分析后发现,贵州高校体育专业人才培养现有专科、本科、硕士研究生三个层次,其中本科覆盖面最广;在体育专业设置上,有3所专科学校和6所本科院校开设了体育相关专业,其中体育教育和社会体育两个专业开设院校最多,4所具有体育专业研究生招生资格的高校共设置4个学术硕士点和1个体育专业硕士点;在招生规模上,各学校在专科、本科及研究生三个层次均存在较大差异,生源竞争激烈。当前省内体育专业人才培养存在的主要问题有专业设置趋于雷同,专业开设较少,研究生招生学校较少,招生规模与学校实力不协调,不同专业培养方式类似,以及普遍缺少特色专业等,今后应加强体育场馆建设和体育师资队伍建设,进一步优化专业设置,并加强硕士研究生培养。

Through the analysis on current situation of the development of physical education professionals in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province,finding that there are three development levels these professionals,including junior college,undergraduate and postgraduate,of which the undergraduate coverage is the most extensive.In the setting of majors,there are three junior colleges and six undergraduate colleges have related majors,with physical education and social physical education the most popular.The four colleges and universities with the qualifications for postgraduate enrollment in physical education majors have set up four academic master programs and one professional master program.In terms of enrollment scale,big differences can be seen in different levels of colleges,and the competition for students is fierce.Currently,the main problems in the development of physical education professionals in colleges and universities are as follows:similar or the same major settings,the lack of major variations,the number of postgraduate enrollment is relatively low,inconsistency between enrollment scale and teaching resources,similar development methods for different majors,and a general lack of distinctive majors.Based on these findings,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the current situation of the development of physical education professionals in colleges and universities in Guizhou Province.
