摘要
根据GB/T 8210—2011《柑桔鲜果检验方法》的指标和检测方法,对廉江市售柑橘类水果的理化性质进行测定与比较,旨在为“国宴佳果”的廉江红橙提供生产指导以及引导当地居民消费。
According to the indexes and testing methods of GB/T 8210—2011"Method of Inspection for Fresh Citrus Fruit",the physical and chemical properties of citrus fruits sold in Lianjiang City were determined and compared in order to provide production guidance and suggestions for local residents to guide the consumption of Lianjiang red orange.
