新时代大学生劳动教育的思想政治教育功能探析

大学生劳动教育要发挥思想政治教育功能,为国家和社会培养全面发展的时代新人。劳动教育通过培养大学生的责任感、道德修养和行为习惯,达到思想政治教育的效果。然而,大学生劳动教育发挥思想政治教育功能存在着思想认识不到位、目标指向不明确、科学保障不完善等现实困境。为形成大学生劳动新风尚,大学生劳动教育要继续强化思想认识、明确内容指向、完善保障体系,以更好地发挥思想政治教育的功能。

College students,labor education should give serve the function of ideological and political education,and cultivate new people with all-round development for the country and society.Labor education achieves the effect of ideological and political education by cultivating college students'sense of responsibility,moral cultivation and behavior habits.However,college students,labor education serve the function of ideological and political education,while there are some practical dilemmas,such as inadequate ideological understanding,unclear target and imperfect scientific guarantee.In order to form a new labor fashion of college students,college students'labor education should continue to strengthen their ideological understanding,clarify the content orientation,and improve the security system so as to give full play to the function of ideological and political education.
