摘要
以运营高速公路沥青路面发生大面积早期水损坏为背景,在现场典型病害路段进行钻芯取样,通过浸水汉堡车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验结果与芯样压实度-空隙率的对比分析,研究浸水汉堡车辙试验用于沥青路面早期水损坏评价的适用性。结果表明,浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验结果难以准确反映沥青路面的实际水损坏特性,浸水汉堡车辙试验结果与沥青路面的实际水损坏特性关联度更好,能够表征沥青路面水损坏的发展演化行为。浸水汉堡车辙试验既可以作为一种后评价方法,对沥青路面早期水损坏病害进行预测与评估,也可以用于不同类型沥青路面抗水损坏能力的分析比选。
Aiming at a large scale of early water-damage of asphalt pavements in a service expressway,a batch of cylinder core samples were obtained in the selected typical distress sections.The immersion Hamburg rutting test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test results were comparatively analyzed with the degree of compaction-void content for the core samples,to explore the applicability of immersion Hamburg rutting test to evaluation of water damage performance for asphalt pavements.It is shown thatthe immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test cannot accurately reflect the actual water damage performance of asphalt pavements.The immersion Hamburg rutting test results have a favourable correlation with the water damage performance of actual asphalt pavements,which can characterize the evolution behavior of water damage of asphalt pavements.The immersion Hamburg rutting test can be used as a post-evaluation method to predict and evaluate the water damage performance of asphalt pavements,and can be used to compare the water damage resistance for various asphalt mixtures.
