高速公路饱和路段动态应急车道开放决策模型研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着全国经济水平的提升,高速公路交通通行流量不断增加,节假日高峰期间,交通大流量已呈现常态化,由于流量增加导致的高速公路拥堵现象也日益频繁。动态应急车道借用(Hard Shoulder Running)已成为国内外缓解具备饱和流量瓶颈服务水平骤降的重要途径,目前国际上对该技术主要是静态分时段、分车型来完成的,并非为最佳控制箱。因此从沪宁高速大流量路段现状交通流运行的时空特征出发,首先对交通拥挤状态进行分级并以此提出了动态应急车道开放决策模型;构建交通流中断概率模型,利用历史数据分析法对沪宁高速大流量路段一整年车流运行数据进行统计分析,并以此确定动态应急车道开放决策阈值,包括速度与交通流量阈值;最后通过沪宁高速智慧管控系统平台的应用验证了决策模型的有效性。 With the improvement of the national economic level,the traffic flow of highways continues to boost.During peak holiday periods,the bottleneck and low-LOS-situation has constantly happened.Hard should running has become one of an important ways to alleviate the traffic congestion during the period of heavy traffic.However,the current hard shoulder running mainly relies on fixed running hours and specific vehicles,which has not boosted its full potential.Therefore,based on the spatiotemporal characteristics of the current traffic flow operation in the large flow section of Huning Expressway,this paper first classifies the traffic congestion state and proposes a dynamic emergency Lane opening decision-making model.Then,by constructing the probability model of traffic flow interruption,the paper uses the historical data analysis method to conduct statistical analysis on the traffic flow operation data of the large flow section of Huning Expressway,and determines the dynamic emergency Lane opening decision threshold value,including speed and traffic flow threshold.Finally,the effectiveness of the decision model is verified by the application of the intelligent management and control system platform of Huning Expressway.
