“猪周期”是一种经济现象,是指周期性猪肉价格变化怪圈,周期持续时间一般在3—4年。“猪周期”的主要表现为猪肉价格上涨—能繁母猪存栏量增加—生猪供应增加—猪肉价格下跌—能繁母猪存栏量减少—生猪供应减少—猪肉价格上涨等一系列的经济运动轨迹,周而复始,形成所谓的“猪周期”。
