Elderly Crisis and Resolution:An Investigation Centered on the Relationship between Lu You and the Rural Doctors and Diviners Group

陆游在心理和行为层面表现得十分矛盾,这与他长期处于焦虑、不安状态有关。特别是老年时期,在相对封闭的空间环境中,衰老、疾病和亲友离世令他充满危机意识。陆游的老年危机根源于忧老畏死的“生本能”、功名未就的仕途焦虑和故土难收的不甘遗恨。内外忧患的老年危机与困境并没有令陆游意志消沉。他时时审视、观察身体状况,借诗歌书写琐事;识药养生,施药乡众,惠及他人;积极参与乡村公共活动;在亲人陪伴下,尽享天伦之乐。

Lu You behaved very contradictory in behavior and psychology,which had something to do with his long-term anxiety and restlessness.Especially in old age,in a relatively closed space,aging,disease and death of relatives or friends made him full of crisis consciousness.Lu You's elderly crisis was rooted in the instinct of worrying about death,the anxiety of an unsuccessful official career and the regret that the homeland is difficult to regain.The elderly crisis and predicament of internal and external worries did not depress Lu You.He always scrutinized and observed his body,wrote poems about trivial tings;he took the initiative to study medicine and benefit others;he actively participated in rural public activities;in the company of his loved ones,he enjoyed the family happiness.
