作为文学教育家的孙俍工,因编写大量教材为人熟知.他的《初级中学国语文读本》与“作法讲义”系列教材,及《诗底原理》《中国文学概论讲话》等著译,在新文学教育、学术研究、文化交流等领域均发挥了重要的作用。然而,其文化活动却长期被忽视。整体观照孙俍工的文学生涯,分析孙俍工翻译、教育与创作等多方面文化工作的动机与结果,能够透视20世纪上半叶主流文学史叙述之外“边缘”知识分子文化与人生抉择背后复杂的历史与个人因素。

As a literary educator,Sun Lianggong is well known for compiling a large number of teaching materials.His Junior Middle School Chinese Reading Book and"Practice handouts"series of teaching materials,as well as his works and translations of Principles of Poetry and Speech on an Introduction to Chinese Literature have played an important role in the fields of new literature education,academic research,cultural exchange and so on.However,his cultural activities have been neglected for a long time.Taking care of Sun Lianggong's literary career as a whole and analyzing the motivation and results of Sun Lianggong^cultural work in translation,education and creation can see through the complex historical and personal factors behind the"marginal"intellectuals'culture and life choices in the first half of the 20th century.
