凝血因子与妊娠期高血压疾病发生的相关性 被引量:3

Correlation between coagulation factors and the occurrence of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy

摘要 目的采用蛋白组检测技术,筛查与妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)相关的凝血及抗凝因子,为妊娠期高血压的疾病风险预测以及机制研究提供思路。方法研究组(HDCP组)由2019年2月至2020年4月在广州番禺区何贤纪念医院确诊为HDCP的12例孕妇组成。另招募12例正常妊娠女性作为对照组(即正常妊娠组)。采用非标记蛋白组检测技术检测两组受试者的血清蛋白质组学。比较两组受试者蛋白质谱的组间差异,探究凝血因子与HDCP发生的相关性。结果与正常组相比,发现4种显著差异性表达的蛋白。其中抗凝血酶-Ⅲ、凝固辅助因子Ⅸ、F13A1凝血因子ⅩⅢA1亚基前体、凝固因子Ⅹ4种凝血因子均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HDCP组患者的凝血因子Ⅲ、Ⅸ、ⅩⅢ、Ⅹ发生显著变化,说明妊娠期HDCP患者存在凝血与抗凝血的动态失衡,此四种凝血因子的发现,在临床医疗和护理中对HDCP的发生和发展具有一定的预测价值。 Objective To observe the changes of coagulation and anticoagulant factors in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP),to provide ideas for disease risk prediction and mechanism research of gestational hypertension.Methods The HDCP group consisted of 12 pregnant women who were diagnosed with HDCP at Hexian Memorial Hospital,Panyu District,Guangzhou from February 2019 to April 2020.In addition,12 normal pregnant women were recruited as the control group(and the normal pregnancy group).The serum proteomics of the two groups of subjects were detected by unlabeled proteome detection technology.The differences between the two groups of subjects in protein profiles were compared,and the correlation between coagulation factors and HDCP was explored.Results Compared with the normal group,4 significantly differently expressed proteins were found.Among them,antithrombin-Ⅲ,coagulation factor Ⅸ,F13A1 coagulation factor ⅩⅢ A1 subunit precursor,and coagulation factor Ⅹ were increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The coagulation factors Ⅲ,Ⅸ,ⅩⅢ,and Ⅹ of the patients in the HDCP group changed significantly,indicating that there is a dynamic imbalance between coagulation and anticoagulation in HDCP patients during pregnancy.These four coagulation factors were found to be useful in the clinical treatment and care of HDCP.Occurrence and development have certain predictive value.
