火花原子发射光谱仪分析钢中砷元素精确度的研究

摘要 针对直读光谱仪在分析As过程中出现数据偏差大的问题,从数据的精确度和准确性两个方面进行试验分析。通过理论分析和实践的结合找到满足精确度要求的基本参数和保证条件。通过标样数据的比对分析找到影响分析数据准确性的因素,并对分析曲线计算过程中的干扰修正系数做相应的调整,优化了QSG750直读光谱分析砷元素数据的准确性,满足了用户的使用需求。 Aiming at the problem of large data deviation in the analysis of as by Spark Atomic Emission Spectrometer, the experimental analysis is carried out from two aspects of data precision and accuracy. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and practice, the basic parameters and guarantee conditions that meet the accuracy requirements are found. Through the comparison and analysis of standard sample data, the factors affecting the accuracy of analysis data are found, and the interference correction coefficient in the calculation of analysis curve is adjusted accordingly, which optimizes the accuracy of arsenic element data in QSG750 Spectrometer, and meets the needs of users.
