摘要
重点研究了在钢铁行业的恶劣工况下,技术诊断工具在两级锥齿轮正齿轮箱技术状况验证中的应用问题。首先分析了从故障变速箱上拆下的小齿轮轴承。修复后,在两种转速模式下采集其运行状态参数,通过两组数据对比以确定轴承的动态特性。
This paper focuses on the application of technical diagnostic tools in the verification of technical conditions of two-stage bevel spur gearboxes under severe working conditions in the steel industry. Firstly, the pinion bearing removed from the faulty gearbox is analyzed. After repairing, the running state parameters are collected in two speed modes. The dynamic characteristics of the bearing are determined by comparing the two sets of data.
