摘要
基于SolidWorks三维建模及虚拟装配功能,应用选用动态干涉检查方法,对自动装出料机械手不同工况的运动过程及各工况的极限状态干涉情况进行分析,并依据干涉分析结果,对干涉结构进行了优化设计。
Based on the three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly function of Solidworks, the motion process of the automatic loading and discharging manipulator under different working conditions and the interference in the limit state of each working condition are analyzed by using the dynamic interference inspection method, and the interference structure is optimized according to the interference analysis results.
