高职教育创新创业“1234”人才培养实践探索——以安徽省马鞍山职业技术学院为例

Practice and Exploration of “1234” Talent Training for Higher Vocational Education Innovation and Entrepreneurship——Take Anhui Province Maanshan Vocational and Technical College as an example

高职院校的创业教育主要是培养学生创新创业意识与精神,提升创业实践能力的教育教学过程。该院以培养具有创新创业精神与技能的毕业生为目标,通过理论课程与实践课程相结合的两类教育教学内容,运用创业大赛、项目孵化、创业励志三类实践平台,提供组织、物质、制度和师资四方面保障措施,不断提高学生的创新创业意识与技能。初步构成了实践和理论相结合、管理运行和机制保障相结合、能力提高和提升素质相结合的具有院校特色的“1234”人才培养实践模式。

Entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is mainly a teaching process of cultivating students’ innovative and entrepreneurial consciousness and spirit and improving their entrepreneurial practice ability.Hospital to foster innovative entrepreneurial spirit and skills of graduates as the goal, through the combination of theory and practice course of two kinds of education teaching content, using the entrepreneurship competition, business incubation, motivational three practice platform, organizations, material, system and teachers’ four safeguard measures, to improve students’ creative consciousness and ability.It has preliminarily formed the "1234" talent training practice mode with college characteristics, which combines practice and theory, management operation and mechanism guarantee, ability improvement and quality improvement.
