国有企业思想政治工作者做好各项国有企业思想政治工作,一是要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,进一步密切党与人民群众的血肉联系,把广大职工更加紧密地团结在党的周围。二是以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,大力拓展国有企业思想政治工作的新渠道、新领域,积极创新途径、开拓新方法。三是以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,从员工的物质需求与精神需求两方面出发,深化劳动关系和谐企业建设,从而提高职工的幸福指数,发挥广大职工群众是国有企业改革和发展的主力军作用。四是以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想全面推进国有企业思想政治工作,开展思想观念创新、民主管理创新,加强自身建设。

Fourth, we will use Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to comprehensively promote ideological and political work in soes, carry out innovations in ideology and democratic management, and strengthen self-improvement.
