摘要
信访工作是密切联系广大参保群众的重要纽带,对于推进医保工作、构建和谐社会具有十分重要的意义。但面对新时代、新挑战、新要求,做好医保信访工作的难度也日趋加大。如何让信访工作切切实实成为参保人员与医保部门的“连心桥”,如何让信访工作成为推动医保工作的“加速器”,如何让信访工作成为为民谋福的“助推器”,需要医保部门与医保工作者进一步深入思考。
The complainant is an important link closely connecting the masses of insured people, which is of great significance for promoting the medical insurance work and constructing a harmonious society. However, facing the new era, new challenges and new requirements, it is increasingly difficult to do a good job in the medical insurance petition work. It is necessary for medical insurance departments and medical insurance workers to think deeply about how to make letters and visits become the “heart bridge” between insured personnel and medical insurance departments, how to make letters and visits become the "accelerator" to promote medical insurance work, and how to make letters and visits become the "booster" to benefit the people.
