摘要
水文事业是国民经济和社会发展的基础性公益事业,人力资源管理在水文单位发展中具有举足轻重的作用,是各项水文工作顺利开展的前提。按照相关法律法规对水文工作范围的界定,结合行业自身特点,以临洮水文站为例,就甘肃省基层水文单位人力资源管理的重要性、现状、存在的不足以及今后发展进行了探究分析,为助推水文事业高质量发展提供参考借鉴。
Since hydrology is a basic undertaking of public welfare for national economic and social development,human resources development as a premise for effective performance,plays a key role in the hydrological units.According to the definition of scope of hydrological work by relevant rules and regulations,this paper explores and analyzes the importance of human resources development,current situation,deficiencies and innovative approaches of grass-roots hydrological units in Gansu Province,so as to provide reference for promoting high-quality hydrologic development.
