Design and Development of a High Performance Premium Connection for Non-API Size Casing

针对高温高压超深井的复杂井况需求,研制开发了一种非API规格套管高性能特殊螺纹接头,规格为Φ200.03 mm×10.92 mm,钢级为110ksi。介绍了特殊螺纹接头的结构特点,采用有限元方法计算分析了接头的应力分布、密封强度和密封接触压力,并依据API RP 5C5:2017 CAL IV对接头进行了全尺寸实物评价试验验证和复合力气密封试验。理论分析和试验结果表明,该接头的抗粘扣性能、密封完整性、接头结构合理性均达到了产品设计要求,能够满足高温高压深井对螺纹接头结构和密封性能的要求。

In order to meet the requirements of complex conditions in ultra-deep,high temperature and high pressure wells,a kind of high-performance premium connection with size ofΦ200.03 mm×10.92 mm and steel grade of 110ksi for non-API standard casing is developed.The structural characteristics of the joint are introduced,the stress distribution,sealing strength and sealing contact pressure are calculated and analyzed by finite element method,and the full-size physical evaluation test and the composite loads seal test are carried out for the joint according to API RP 5C5:2017 CAL IV.The theoretical analysis and physical test results show that the anti-galling performance,sealing integrity and structural rationality of the joint meet the design requirements of the product,which can meet the requirements of high temperature,high pressure and deep wells for premium connection structure and sealing performance.
