一种用于勘探仪器的数控低噪音可调电源设计

摘要 电源是勘探仪器能量供给不可或缺的一部分,但同时也带来了纹波、噪声等影响仪器正常工作的问题。设计了一种用于勘探仪器的计算机数控(CNC)低噪音可调电源,利用低压差线性稳压器进行电压输出,通过单片机控制数字电位器实现电压调节。电源输出电压可以在1.5~9.7 V间调节,输出电流可达到3 A,输出噪音在微伏级别,可以实现长期、稳定、低噪音的电压输出。该电源和商品电源相比具有结构简单、易于实现、输出噪音低的特点,能够提高勘探仪器整体信噪比和采集数据质量。 Power supplies are indispensable to provide energy for exploration instruments.However,ripple,noise and other problems that affect the normal operation of the instrument are introduoed.The article presents the design of a CNC low noise adjustable power supply for exploration instruments,using a low dropout linear regulator for voltage output and a digital potentiometer for voltage regulation via a microcontroller.The output voltage of the power supply can be adjusted between 1.5 V and 9.7 V,the output current can reach 3 A and the output noise is at the micro-voltage level,which can achieve long-term,stable and low-noise voltage output.The power supply has a simple structure,easy implementation and low output noise compared to commercial power supplies,which can improve the overall signal-to-noise ratio and acquisition data quality of exploration instruments.
