生活垃圾焚烧飞灰湿法预处理研究

摘要 随着我国城市发展和垃圾焚烧方式的扩大,生活垃圾焚烧飞灰产生量逐年递增。焚烧飞灰-水泥窑协同处理是资源化利用的有效方式,而湿法预处理是飞灰资源化利用的前置步骤。介绍了资源化利用飞灰面临的高氯、重金属稳定化及二次污染物安全处置等问题,综述了湿法预处理飞灰的国内外进展,提出了飞灰湿法预处理需要解决的主要问题:飞灰中高含量氯需降至1%以下;实现飞灰中重金属的高温稳定化及湿法预处理废水的无害化处置。研究结果可为后续垃圾焚烧飞灰资源化利用提供参考。 With the development of cities in China and the expansion of waste incineration methods,the amount of domestic waste incineration fly ash generation is increasing year by year.Incineration fly ash-cement kiln collaborative treatment is an effective way of resource utilization,and wet pretreatment is the pre-production step of fly ash resource utilization.This paper introduces the problems of high chlorine,stabilization of heavy metals and safe disposal of secondary pollutants faced by the utilization of fly ash by resources,summarizes the progress of wet pretreatment of fly ash at home and abroad,and puts forward the main problems that need to be solved by wet pretreatment of fly ash:the high content of chlorine in fly ash needs to be reduced to less than 1%,and the high temperature stabilization of heavy metals in fly ash and the harmless disposal of wet pretreatment wastewater are realized.The research results can provide a reference for the subsequent resource utilization of waste incineration fly ash.
