摘要
为研究山东省高速公路桥梁车辆荷载状况,选取G20淄博口等3个高速收费站的计重收费数据,分析了客货车型、轴型、轴数、车重和轴重等参数的统计分布规律。按照轴型对通行车辆进行分类,确定C1~C10共计10种典型车型,基于等效疲劳损伤原理,分析了主要车型的等效轴重,并根据疲劳损伤贡献率建立了山东省高速公路桥梁疲劳车辆荷载模型。结果表明:山东省高速公路通行车辆以二轴车和六轴车为主,二轴车对桥梁结构疲劳损伤贡献率不足1%,六轴车的疲劳损伤贡献值在90%以上;山东省高速公路宜采用六轴总重为520 kN的标准疲劳车辆进行设计和验算,规范中标准疲劳车辆的总重和轴重取值偏小;采用典型收费站计重数据建立区域性疲劳荷载车辆是可行的。
In order to study the load condition of the bridge of Shandong expressway,the statistical distribution law of passenger and cargo vehicle,axle type,axle number,axle number,axle load and axle weight are analyzed by using the data of three expressway tollgates such as the G20 Zibo entrance.According to the classification of axle type,10 typical models of C1~C10 are determined.Based on the principle of equivalent fatigue damage,the equivalent axle weight of the main models is analyzed,and the fatigue vehicle load model of Shandong expressway bridge is established according to the contribution rate of fatigue damage.The results show that the main vehicle of Shandong expressway is two axle vehicles and six axle vehicles,the contribution rate of two axle car to bridge structure fatigue damage is less than 1%,and the contribution value of fatigue damage of six axle car is above 90%.The Shandong expressway should design and check the standard fatigue vehicles with six axis total weight of 520 kN,and the total weight and axle weight of the standard fatigue vehicles are smaller in the standard.It is feasible to build regional fatigue load vehicle using typical toll station weight data.
