摘要 针对微表处常用的两类SBS、SBR改性乳化沥青混合料的相关性能展开研究,并对2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR复合乳化沥青混合料的路用性能进行了研究与应用。室内试验表明:相比于5%SBS、5%SBR改性乳化沥青,2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR复合改性乳化沥青综合性能最为优异;2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR复合改性乳化沥青混合料路用性能优异,三类乳化沥青混合料的耐磨耗、抗水损坏、抗车辙性能优劣排序:2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR>5%SBS>5%SBR;2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR复合改性乳化沥青混合料的耐磨耗性能提高不大,但抗水损坏性能得到了显著提高。工程应用表明:旧路在加铺2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR微表处罩面后,构造深度、摩擦系数及抗滑值较大,路面抗渗性能优异。 The related properties of two kinds of SBS and SBR modified emulsified asphalt mixtures commonly used in micro surfacing are studied,and the road performance of 2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR composite emulsified asphalt mixture is studied and applied.The indoor test shows that compared with 5%SBS and 5%SBR modified emulsified asphalt,the softening point of evaporation residue of 2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt is the highest,the penetration is the lowest,the ductility is between the two,and the comprehensive performance is the best.2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt mixture has excellent road performance.The ranking of wear resistance,water damage resistance and rutting resistance of the three types of emulsified asphalt mixture is 2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR>5%SBS>5%SBR.Compared with 5%SBS and 5%SBR modified emulsified asphalt mixture,the wear resistance of 2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR composite modified emulsified asphalt mixture is not improved,but the water damage resistance is significantly improved.The engineering application shows that after the overlay of 2.5%SBS+2.5%SBR micro surface is paved on the old road,the structural depth,friction coefficient and anti sliding value are large,and the pavement impermeability is excellent.
