摘要
为研究不同温拌剂对温拌沥青路用性能的影响,通过渗水试验、冻融劈裂试验、高温车辙试验以及弯曲小梁破坏试验和弯曲蠕变试验等,分别得到掺入不同温拌剂的沥青混合料的渗水系数、TSR值、动稳定度、最大拉应变以及劲度模量等。结果表明:合成蜡会增大沥青混合料的渗水系数,而沸石与合成软蜡会减小渗水系数;各类温拌剂对水稳定性的影响有限,但都优于热拌沥青;掺量3%的合成蜡沥青混合料高温稳定性最好,其他温拌剂对高温稳定性都有适当提升;温拌剂的加入会对沥青混合料的低温抗裂性产生不利影响。
In order to explore the influence of different warm mixers on the road performance of warm mix asphalt,the water permeability coefficient,TSR value,dynamic stability,maximum tensile strain and modulus modulus of asphalt mixture mixed with different warm mixes were obtained through water seepage test,freeze-thaw splitting experiment,high temperature rutting test,bending girder failure test and bending creep experiment,etc.The results show that the synthetic wax will increase the water permeability coefficient of the asphalt mixture,while the zeolite and synthetic soft wax will reduce the water permeability coefficient.The influence of various types of warm mixers on water stability is limited,but they are better than that of hot mix asphalt.The high temperature stability of synthetic wax asphalt mixtures with a dosage of 3%is the best,and other warm mixers have appropriately improved the high temperature stability.The addition of warm mixers will adversely affect the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixtures.
