摘要
利用输入桥梁、路面数学模型,自动控制并调节横坡、纵坡整平高度,结合三辊轴整平机的简易性和滑模摊铺机功能的齐全性,研制了通过激光控制高程基准的小型化、自行走、自带施工模板、适应直道弯道的激光数控自动摊铺整平机,能有效提高路面水泥摊铺质量、减轻劳动强度、提高摊铺效率。
Using input bridge,pavement mathematical model,automatic control and adjust the horizontal slope,vertical slope leveling height,combined with the simplicity of three roller shaft leveling and sliding paver function,developed through the laser control elevation reference miniaturization,walk,construction template,to adapt to the straight curve laser CNC automatic leveling machine,can effectively improve the quality of pavement cement paving,reduce labor intensity,improve the efficiency of paving.
