基于相似抛物线和插值法的水泵转速确定方法研究

摘要 结合水泵实际运行条件,提出了基于相似抛物线和插值法的水泵转速确定方法,结果表明:基于相似抛物线的水泵转速确定方法适用于水泵调速范围不大、水泵变速后扬程和效率无需修正的水泵转速计算;插值法适用于水泵调速范围较大、水泵变速后采用比例律换算会产生较大误差的水泵转速计算,该方法通过确立运行区域和变斜率线性插值计算水泵实际运行转速,可为输水泵站水泵优化运行提供参考。 In this paper,combined with the actual operation conditions of the pump,methods to determine the pump speed based on the similar parabola and interpolation method were proposed.The results showed that the method for determining the speed of the pump based on the similar parabola was suitable for the calculation of the speed of the pump that the speed range of the pump was not large,and the head and efficiency of the pump after variable speed needed not to be corrected;the interpolation method was applicable to the calculation of the pump speed when the speed range of the pump was large and the proportional law conversion produced large errors after the pump speed was changed,and the method calculated the actual running speed of the pump by establishing the running area and linear interpolation with variable slope.This paper can provide reference for optimal operation of pumps in water transmission pumping stations.
