摘要
目的:探讨不同哮喘药物联合治疗中度持续哮喘患儿的效果。方法:严格执行纳排标准后,按照随机数表法将我院2019年12月-2021年1月期间70例中度持续哮喘患儿分为A组和B组各35例,B组采用布地奈德和特布他林雾化吸入治疗,A组在前者基础上采用异丙托溴铵治疗。治疗7d后,对比两组的临床疗效、症状持续时间、肺功能及炎症因子水平。结果:A组患儿的治疗总有效率高于B组(P<0.05);A组患儿喘息、咳嗽、哮鸣音的持续时间均短于B组(P<0.05);治疗前A组和B组患儿FEV1、FVC及PEF组间对比差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗7d后两组FVC、FEV1及PEF均高于治疗前且A组高于B组(P<0.05);治疗前A组和B组患儿IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8及PON1组间对比差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗7d后两组患儿IL-6、TNF-α、IL-8均低于治疗前且A组的低于B组,两组患儿PON1均高于治疗前且A组高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:将布地奈德、特布他林及合异丙托溴铵联合用于众中度哮喘患儿中,可降低炎症因子水平,改善患儿肺功能、加快咳嗽等症状的恢复,进而提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the effect of combination of different asthma drugs in the treatment of children with moderate persistent asthma.Methods:70 children with moderate persistent asthma in a hospital from December 2019 to January 2021 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Group B(35 cases)was treated with budesonide and terbutaline aerosol inhalation,and group A(35 cases)were treated with ipratropium bromide on the basis of the former.After 7 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,symptom duration,lung function and inflammatory factors levels of the two groups were compared.Results:The total treatment effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The duration of wheezing,coughing and rale in group A was shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FEV1,FEV1 and PEF between groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,FEV1,FEV1 and PEF in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and group A were higher than group B(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IL-6,TNF-α,IL-8 and PON1 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment,IL-6,TNF-α and IL-8 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,group A was lower than group B,PON1 in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and group A was higher group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of budesonide,terbutaline and ipratropium bromide in children with moderate asthma can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,improve children's lung function,speed up the recovery of cough and other symptoms,and then improve the clinical efficacy.
