硼替佐米联合地塞米松治疗多发性骨髓瘤的护理对策分析

Nursing Countermeasures of Bortezomib Combined with Dexamethasone in the Treatment of Multiple Myeloma

目的:分析硼替佐米+地塞米松对多发性骨髓瘤患者的护理效果。方法:将某院于2020年8月-2021年7月收治的96例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为研究对象,以摸球法分为研究组和对照组各48例。治疗方法采用硼替佐米+地塞米松,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用优质护理,对比护理效果。结果:研究组不良反应发生率低,干预后,研究组症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分低(P<0.05),干预前,组间睡眠质量对比,差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后,研究组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),患者满意度组间对比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对实施硼替佐米+地塞米松治疗的多发性骨髓瘤患者实施优质护理,能够在有效降低患者不良反应的同时,提升其应对治疗的积极性,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of bortezomib+dexamethasone on patients with multiple myeloma.Methods:96 patients with multiple myeloma treated in a hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were divided into study group and control group by touching the ball,with 48 cases in each group.All patients were treated with bortezomib+dexamethasone,the control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given high-quality nursing,then the nursing effect was compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower.After the intervention,the score of symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)in the study group was lower(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the patient satisfaction between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of high-quality nursing for patients with multiple myeloma treated with bortezomib+dexamethasone can effectively reduce patients'adverse reactions,improve their enthusiasm to deal with treatment and improve patients'satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
