定时分步分段吸痰法在烧伤并吸入性损伤患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Regular Step by Step Sputum Suction in Burn Patients Complicated with Inhalation Injury

目的:探讨定时分步分段吸痰法在烧伤并吸入性损伤患者中的应用价值。方法:将某院2019年7月-2020年7月期间73例烧伤并吸入性损伤患者按照计算机分组法分为对照组36例和观察组37例,对照组采用常规吸痰干预,观察组采用定时分步分段吸痰法干预,观察两组肺通气功能、日吸痰次数和机械通气时间、痰液浓稠度及并发症情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者PaO_(2)、OI水平均高于对照组,观察组患者PaCO_(2)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者吸痰次数少于对照组,机械通气时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预1、2、3周后,观察组患者痰液粘稠度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率(27.03%)低于对照组(55.55%)(P<0.05)。结论:定时分步分段吸痰法应用于烧伤并吸入性损伤患者可改善肺通气功能和痰液粘稠度,缩短机械通气时间,减少日吸痰次数和并发症。

Objective:To investigate the application value of regular step by step sputum suction in burn patients with inhalation injury.Methods:73 burn patients with inhalation injury in a hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were divided into the control group(36 cases,routine sputum suction intervention)and the observation group(37 cases,regular step by step sputum suction)according to the computer grouping method.The lung ventilation function,daily sputum suction times,mechanical ventilation time,sputum consistency and complications of the two groups were observed.Results:After the intervention,the levels of PaO_(2)and OI in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of PaCO_(2) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The times of sputum suction in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the time of mechanical ventilation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1,2 and 3 weeks of intervention,the sputum consistency of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(27.03%)was lower than that in the control group(55.55%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of regular step-by-step sputum suction in burn patients with inhalation injury can improve the pulmonary ventilation function and sputum consistency,shorten the time of mechanical ventilation,and reduce the times of daily sputum suction and complications.
