血液灌流在维持性血液透析并发难治性高血压患者中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察血液灌流在维持性血液透析并发难治性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:以某院2018年1月-2020年9月收治的136例维持性血液透析并发难治性高血压患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组(血液透析联合血液灌流治疗)和对照组(血液透析治疗)各68例,观察两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月时的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血钠、血钾、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿酸(UA)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、血浆肾素(RA)、醛固酮(Ald)水平。结果:治疗3个月时两组患者SBP、DBP、血钾、血钠、AngⅡ、Scr、RA、Ald、UA、β2-MG水平均较治疗前下降且观察组水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在维持性血液透析并发难治性高血压患者中联合血液灌流治疗能有效改善肾功能,减缓高血压症状。 Objective:To observe the application effects of hemoperfusion on patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated with refractory hypertension.Methods:136 patients with maintenance hemodialy-sis and refractory hypertension treated in the hospital from from January 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group(n=68,hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion)and control group(n=68,hemodialysis)by random number table method.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and levels of serum sodium,serum potassium,serum creatinine(Scr),uric acid(UA),β2 microglobulin(β2-MG),angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ),plasma renin(RA)and aldosterone(Ald)before treatment and 3 months after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the SBP,DBP and levels of serum potassium,serum sodium,Ang Ⅱ,Scr,RA,Ald,UA and β2-MG of the two groups of patients were reduced compared with those before treatment,the above indicators in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of hemoperfusion therapy in maintenance hemodialysis patients with refractory hypertension can effectively improve the renal function and relieve the hypertension symptoms.
