智能化专职动态随访中心在辅助生殖技术门诊随访中的应用研究

Application of Intelligent Full-time Dynamic Follow-up Center in Outpatient Follow-up of Assisted Reproductive Technology

目的:探究智能化专职动态随访中心对辅助生殖技术(ART)门诊患者随访率的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月某院进行ART助孕干预的患者81例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组41例和对照组40例,对两组患者进行常规随访管理,其中研究组增加智能化专职动态随访。比较两组患者失访率、随访应答率、随访困难率;比较两组随访用时和随访信息录入电子病历用时;比较两组患者受孕成功率、分娩结局及妊娠并发症情况。结果:研究组的患者失访率明显低于同时间对照组,随访应答率明显高于同时间对照组,随访困难率明显低于同时对照组(P<0.05);两组患者随访信息录入电子病历用时比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组患者随访用时及总用时均明显低于同时间对照组(P<0.05);两组患者受孕成功率、分娩结局比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组患者妊娠并发症总发生率明显低于同时间对照组(P<0.05)。结论:智能化专职动态随访中心能有效促进ART患者接受随访,优化随访工作流程,提高随访效率,且有助于降低受孕后相关并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of intelligent full-time dynamic follow-up center on the follow-up rate of ART outpatients.Methods:81 patients with ART assisted pregnancy intervention in a hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into study group(41 cases)and control group(40 cases)by random number table method.The study group was given intelligent full-time dynamic follow-up,and the control group was given routine follow-up.The lost follow-up rate,follow-up response rate and follow-up difficulty rate were compared between the two groups;The follow-up time and the time for inputting follow-up information into electronic medical records were compared between the two groups;The pregnancy success rate,delivery outcome and pregnancy complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The lost follow-up rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time,the follow-up response rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the same time,and the follow-up difficulty rate was significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the time of inputting follow-up information into electronic medical records between the two groups(P>0.05),but the follow-up time and total time of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pregnancy success rate and delivery outcome between the two groups(P>0.05),but the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the same time(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent full-time dynamic follow-up center can effectively promote the follow-up of ART patients,optimize the follow-up workflow,improve the follow-up efficiency,and help to prevent the risk of related complications after pregnancy.
