Rural Revitalization and Multidimensional Construction of Rural Public Reading Space: From the Perspective of Government-society Cooperation

政社合作以多元共建共治为特征,既是新融资模式,也是新的社会治理机制,体现了公共文化服务创新调整中的建设逻辑和治理逻辑。农村阅读空间是公共文化服务体系的组成部分,也是实施乡村振兴战略的重要阵地,目前存在资金投入渠道狭窄、设施格式化、利用不足等现象,新型政社关系为农村阅读空间构建从“增量发展”向“提质发展”转变提供了新视角。

Government-society cooperation is characterized by multiple co-construction and co-governance.It is not only a new financing model,but also a new social governance mechanism,reflecting the construction logic and governance logic in the innovation and adjustment of public cultural services.Rural reading space is an integral part of the public cultural service system and an important position for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.At present,there are phenomena such as narrow funding channels,formatted facilities,and insufficient utilization,thus the new relationship between government and society provides a new perspective for the construction of rural reading space from “incremental development” to “quality improvement development”.
