摘要
在国务院和教育部系列政策的指导下,太原理工大学矿业工程学院面向新工科对以采矿工程、矿物加工工程为代表的矿业类专业人才培养模式进行改革探索。树立了“学生中心协同育人”的教育理念,搭建政用产学研协同育人平台;构建了“能力导向多维驱动”的课程教学模式,深度融合现代信息技术,全面提升课程教学质量;建立了基于创新能力培养的“交叉融合多元协同”实践教学模式,大力推进多学科交叉融合,促进产、学、研一体化,提高实践教学效果;构建了“基于新工科的多元协同人才培养评价指标体系”,提高多元协同培养的实效。形成了矿业类人才“一中心两融合三层面四维度五能力”全方位全过程协同育人培养模式,可为我国相关高校工科专业的教学改革和新工科建设提供经验借鉴。
The school of mining engineering of Taiyuan University of Technology reformed and explored the talent cultivation mode of mining related majors represented by mining engineering and mineral processing engineering under the guidance of a series of policies of the State Council and the Ministry of education.Firstly,it has established the educational concept of“student-centered collaborative education”and built a platform for collaborative education of government,industry,university and research.The course teaching mode of“ability oriented and multi-dimensional drive”was constructed,and the modern information technology was deeply integrated to comprehensively improve the course teaching quality.Meanwhile,it has also established a practical teaching mode of“cross integration and multi coordination”based on the cultivation of innovation ability,vigorously promoted the cross integration of multi disciplines,realized the integration of industry,learning and research,and improved the effect of practical teaching;Then,the“evaluation index system of diversified collaborative talent training based on new engineering subjects”was constructed to improve the effectiveness of diversified collaborative training.The all-round and whole process collaborative education and training mode of“one center,two integration,three levels,four dimensions and five abilities”of mining talents has been formed,which can provide experience and reference for the teaching reform and new engineering construction of engineering majors in relevant colleges and universities in China.
