新时代军事教育方针背景下,应用型人才实践能力培养日益成为军队院校高等教育的核心问题。针对当前应用型人才培养存在的问题短板,空军预警学院电子对抗专业探索“为战研战、理技结合、战技融合”电子对抗实践应用性人才培养模式,科学构建“三模块一认证”实践课程体系,打造实践教学平台体系,并结合“场景浸入式”“案例驱动式”等教学模式开展应用性专业人才培养教改实践。研究将完善电子对抗专业学科发展体系,为提高电子对抗专业人才培养质量提供重要支撑。

Under the background of military education policy in the new era, the cultivation of practical ability of applied talents has increasingly become the core issue of higher education in military colleges. In view of the problems existing in the training of applied talents, the Air Force Early Warning Academy’s electronic warfare majors explore the training mode of practical research and combat, combination of science and technology, and integration of warfare and technology in the practice of applied talents, and scientifically construct the three module one certification practical curriculum system, and create a platform for practice teaching, combined with scene immersion, case driven teaching mode to carry out the practice of teaching reform of applied professional training. The research will improve the development system of electronic countermeasure specialty and provide important support for improving the quality of personnel training of electronic countermeasure specialty.
