Building an Ideological and Political Education System for the New Era, Nurturing Future-leading Young Talents

构建新时代思政育人体系是全面贯彻党的教育方针和落实立德树人根本任务的重要战略举措。高校要坚持以深化思政育人共识为基本前提,以“学思用一体化”的思政育人体系为核心支撑,建设大思政课程、大党建活动、大社会实践三大子体系,突破思政教育的学段、学科、要素和时空四大边界,应答好“为谁培养人、培养什么样的人、怎样培养人”的根本问题。

Building an ideological and political education system for the new era is considered an important strategic measure to fully implement the CPC’s educational policy and the fundamental task of cultivating people with high moral principles. Universities must act upon the consensus on improving ideological and political education, take the “learning-thinking-application integration” as the core pillar, and build the three major sub-systems of ideological and political courses, party building activities, and social practice. In order to expand the boundaries of ideological and political education, namely the grades, disciplines, elements, and time and space, it is crucial to answer the fundamental questions: for whom we train our students, what kind of talents we need, and how to train them.
