地方本科院校建设创业型大学的学理审思

Theoretical Review on the Construction of Entrepreneurial University in Local Universities

地方本科院校“应用转型”的价值向度与创业型大学的办学理念相一致,创业型大学是当前突破传统高校资源路径依赖的最佳模式,建设创业型大学可作为破解地方本科院校发展困境之策。创业型大学十余年中国实践虽尚未根本上取得突破,但定位于创业型大学战略目标的地方本科院校积累了宝贵经验,学界在创业型大学本土化理论研究上取得了重要成果,找到了中西创业型大学建设“南橘北枳”现象的原因。从战略选择视角与高度出发,要推动地方本科院校创业型大学本土化探索与实践,纳入国家战略规划,转为高校战略定位,变成教师专业成长目标。

The value orientation of“application transformation”of local universities is consistent with the idea of entrepreneurial universities,and entrepreneurial universities are the best mode to break through the traditional resource path dependence.Therefore,it is necessary to take the construction of entrepreneurial universities as a strategy to solve the development dilemma of local universities.Although the practice of entrepreneurial universities in China for more than ten years has not made a fundamental breakthrough,the local universities which are positioned as the strategic objectives of entrepreneurial universities have accumulated valuable experience,and the academic circles have also made important achievements in the theoretical research on the localization of entrepreneurial universities,which has found the reason for the phenomenon of“south orange and north orange”in the construction of Chinese and western entrepreneurial universities.Starting from the strategic choice,local universities need to incorporate it into the national strategic planning,turn it into the strategic positioning of universities,and finally become the strategic goal of teachers.
