摘要
本研究针对智能高压开关集成度低、一二次融合设计不完善的问题,以ZF11Z-252 kV智能高压开关为研究对象,提出一种高集成度的设计方法。该方法能够优化网络结构,可应用于智能机构,并建立多维度的状态感知系统。本研究基于SVM算法的状态监测及评估技术,完成对系统的设计与开发,并开展机械特性监测与评估试验。通过综合监测和评估技术的应用,能及时发现高压开关设备的早期隐患,避免故障恶化,从而大大提高了智能化和数字化水平,符合新一代智能变电站对高压开关设备的要求,有较好的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of low integration of intelligent high-voltage switches and imperfect primary and secondary integration design,this paper takes ZF11Z-252 kV intelligent high-voltage switch as an example,and proposes a high-integration design method.The method optimizes the network structure,designs and applies intelligent mechanisms, establishes a multi-dimensional state perception system,studies the state monitoring and evaluation technology based on the SVM algorithm,realizes system development, and conducts mechanical characteristics monitoring and evaluation experiments. The highvoltage switchgear in this paper can detect early hidden dangers in time through the application of comprehensive monitoring and evaluation technology,avoid the malignant development of faults, greatly improve the level of intelligence and digitization.It meets the requirements of a new generation of intelligent substations for high-voltage switchgear,and has good promotion and application value.
