摘要
传递转矩是磁性联轴器的重要性能指标之一,磁性联轴器的结构参数、磁场分布情况关系到传递磁转矩的能力。采用经验设计会导致误差较大,从而造成材料浪费和成本增加。本研究对磁性联轴器进行简化,采用模拟分析软件,通过对磁性联轴器进行数值模拟,研究导体盘外径、导体轭铁盘外径、导体盘厚度、导体轭铁盘厚度以及永磁体磁极分布对磁性联轴器传递转矩的影响,本研究对磁性联轴器的优化设计具有重要的指导意义。
The transmission torque is one of the important performance indexes of magnetic coupling.The structural parameters and magnetic field of magnetic coupling are related to the transmission capacity of magnetic torque.Using experience design, error is large,resulting in material waste and cost increase.To simplify the magnetic coupling,the simulation analysis software,the magnetic coupling through modeling,numerical simulation,analysis and research structure:The influence of outer diameter of conductor disk,outer diameter of yoke disk,thickness of conductor disk,thickness of yoke disk and magnetic pole distribution of permanent magnet on transfer torque of magnetic coupling has important guiding significance for optimal design of magnetic coupling.
