负极预锂化对高倍率锂离子电池性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以磷酸铁锂为正极、人造石墨为负极,制备高倍率锂离子电池。本研究通过对人造石墨负极与锂电极进行电化学预锂,得到负极预锂的锂离子电池,并进行了一系列电化学性能对比测试,研究了负极预锂对高倍率磷酸铁锂电池首次效率、倍率放电、存储自放电及循环寿命的影响。结果表明,负极预锂可以弥补电池在化成及使用过程中活性锂的损失,提升电池首次充放电效率和循环寿命,降低存储自放电衰减速率。 A high rate lithium ion battery with LFP as positive electrode and artificial graphite as negative electrode was prepared. In this work, through electrochemical prelithium of artificial graphite anode and lithium strip, the lithium ion battery with pre-lithium anode was obtained, and a series of electrochemical performance comparison tests were carried out to study the effect of pre-lithium anode on the first efficiency, rate discharge, storage self-discharge and cycle life of high rate lithium iron phosphate battery. The results show that anode prelithium can compensate for the loss of active lithium in formation and subsequent cycle, improve the efficiency of first charge and discharge and cycle life of battery, and reduce the decay rate of storage self-discharge.
