摘要
本研究以生活领域的机械结构类案例为切入点,简要分析了机械类案例在专利审查检索环节中存在的难点,给出了针对机械类案例可采用的几种通用的检索式构造思路,结合同在算符、邻近算符对检索式进行准确表达和动态调整,以提高机械类案例的检索效能。
This study takes the mechanical structure cases in the field of life as the starting point, briefly analyzes the difficulties existing in the patent examination and search process of mechanical cases, and gives several general search structure ideas that can be used for mechanical cases. The coexistence operator and the adjacent operator can accurately express and dynamically adjust the search formula to improve the search efficiency of mechanical cases.
