传统戏剧的法律保护研究

Research on the Legal Protection of Traditional Drama

传统戏剧作为一项重要的非物质文化遗产,是我国传统文化的重要组成部分,担负着文化传播和历史传承的重要任务,但随着社会的发展和网络信息技术的逐渐成熟,传统戏剧面临着逐渐消失的风险。本研究从社会功能、生存现状等多方面进行分析,指出传统戏剧的重要性以及保护的必要性,并结合我国传统戏剧法律保护现状和不足之处,提出相应的建议,以期能更好地促进传统戏剧的发展和文化的繁荣。

As an important intangible cultural heritage, traditional drama is an important part of China′s traditional culture, shouldering the important task of cultural transmission and historical inheritance.However, with the development of society and the gradual maturity of network information technology,drama is in danger of disappearing. Through analysis and research, the author points out the importance of drama and the necessity of protection from various aspects such as social function and living status,analyzes the current protection status of China′s traditional drama, finds the shortcomings, and puts forward corresponding suggestions, in order to better promote the development of traditional drama and the prosperity of culture.
