连云港经济技术开发区特色载体建设模式研究

摘要 大中小企业融通发展既是“十四五”时期创新融合发展的客观要求,也是实现经济高质量发展的必然选择。连云港经济技术开发区(以下简称“连云港经开区”)在2021年获批江苏省大中小企业融通型特色载体以来,积极发挥大企业的引领支撑作用,不断提升中小企业的产业配套能力,有力支撑了连云港医药产业的韧性和竞争力提升。文章聚焦连云港经开区大中小企业融通型特色载体的创新发展,研究凝练出5个创新发展模式,找出发展存在的问题,并提出针对性意见和建议。未来,连云港经开区特色载体建设仍需继续围绕产业链部署创新链,不断加强区域内企业的配套合作,以技术创新推动特色载体建设再上新台阶。 The financing development of large and medium-sized enterprises is not only the objective requirement of innovative and integrated development during the“14 th five-year”period,but also the inevitable choice to achieve high-quality economic development.Lianyungang Economic Development Zone has actively played the leading and supporting role of large enterprises,continuously improved the industrial supporting capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises,and strongly supported the improvement of the toughness and competitiveness of Lianyungang pharmaceutical industry since it was approved as the financing characteristic carrier for large and medium-sized enterprises in Jiangsu province in 2021.The article focuses on the innovative development of the financing characteristic carrier of large,medium and small enterprises in Lianyungang Economic Development Zone,studies and condenses five innovative development models,finds out the problems existing in the development,and puts forward targeted opinions and suggestions.In the future,the construction of characteristic carriers in Lianyungang Economic Development Zone still needs to continue to deploy the innovation chain around the industrial chain,continuously strengthen the supporting cooperation among enterprises in the region,and promote the construction of characteristic carriers to a new level with technological innovation.
