摘要
文章介绍了装备快速量产下的批生产管理现状以及面临的挑战,通过顶层规划设计、组织管理模式优化,运用信息化手段开展数字化管控、绩效考核量化、组织架构完善等措施,优化现有批生产管理方式,建立基于数字化的装备批生产精细化管理体系。该体系制度在企业内部落地实施,效果显著,有效促进了装备批生产能力升级,加速了企业管理水平提升。
This paper introduces the current situation and challenges of batch production management under rapid mass production of equipment.The enterprise optimized the existing management mode,and established a fine management system for equipment batch production based on digitization through top-level planning and design,management mode optimization,digital control,quantification of performance appraisal,improvement of organizational structure and other measures.The system was implemented within the enterprise with remarkable results,effectively promoted the upgrading of equipment batch production capacity and accelerated the improvement of enterprise management level.
