公共图书馆民国文献数据库建设现状与策略研究

Research on the current situation and strategy of the construction of the Republic of China document database in public libraries

文章基于民国文献的抢救与保护工作取得阶段性进展的大背景,对国家图书馆及31家省级公共图书馆的民国时期文献数据库建设内容及建设成果展开调查研究,在数据分析的基础上,从数据库类型、文献资源类型、文献资源储备、数据库功能的角度指出现阶段民国文献数据库在开发建设上存在的突出问题。同时提出通过开展统筹规划、加强专科资源建设、扩展公共服务空间范围等手段,进一步推动民国文献的整理开发及其数据库建设路径的全新探索。

Based on the background that the rescue and protection of documents of the Republic of China has made progress in stages,this paper investigates the contents and achievements of the construction of document databases of the National Library of China and 31 provincial public libraries in the Republic of China.This paper points out the outstanding problems existing in the development and construction of the document database of the Republic of China from the perspectives of database type,document resource type,document resource reserve and database function.At the same time,it proposes to further promote the collation and development of documents of the Republic of China and the new exploration of database construction by means of overall planning,strengthening the construction of specialized resources and expanding the scope of public service space.
