摘要
浙江城乡居民富裕的收入水平和相对均衡的康养服务体系为全面推进长护险试点奠定了经济基础和服务基础,同时五年来浙江的长护险试点也积累了“重要窗口”的示范经验。为此,“十四五”时期应在制度定位、资源整合、财政支持、人才专业化与职业化、公私合作以及医养结合等方面加强建设力度。
The higher income of urban and rural residents in Zhejiang Province and the relatively balanced healthcare service system for seniors has laid a sound foundation for the comprehensive promotion of the long-term care insurance pilot.Also the five-year pilot accumulated rich experience as an“important window”.Therefore,during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,joint ef forts should be made in terms of institutional positioning,resource integration,financial support,staf f professionalization,PPP cooperation,and the combination of medical treatment and care.
