“互联网+慢性病管理”模式对于提高管理效率,优化医疗资源配置具有重要意义,基本医保作为重要支付方,对其可持续发展至关重要。当前,我国已进入全面深化医保制度改革新阶段,国家通过推进“互联网+医疗服务”医保支付、健全门诊共济保障机制、完善谈判药品“双通道”机制等一系列改革措施,为“互联网+慢性病管理”模式的推广应用释放了政策红利。面向健康中国建设的战略需求,需要进一步从顶层设计入手,推进医防融合,构建全周期、全流程的慢性病管理政策体系、管理体系和信息体系,以充分挖掘互联网技术的巨大潜力,推动“互联网+慢性病管理”模式走向常态化。

The"Internet plus chronic disease management"model is of great significance for improving the management efficiency and optimizing the allocation of medical resources.As an important payer,basic medical insurance is crucial to sustainable development of the model.At present,China has entered a new stage of comprehensively deepening the reform of the medical insurance system with a series of reform measures,such as promoting the"Internet plus medical service"medical insurance payment,improving the outpatient mutual-aid guarantee mechanism,and improving the"dual channel"mechanism for negotiating drugs.All these yielded the policy dividends for the promotion and application of the"chronic disease management"model.To meet the strategic needs of building a healthy China,it is necessary to further start from the top-level design,promote the integration of medical care and prevention,and build a full-cycle and full-process chronic disease management policy system,management system and information system,so as to fully tap the huge potential of Internet technology and promote the normalization of"Internet plus Chronic disease management"model.
