摘要
《“十四五”全民医疗保障规划》将“建设智慧医保”作为发展目标之一,智慧医保建设是助推医保高质量发展的内在要求,也是顺应数字化智能化发展趋势的必然选择。本文通过梳理以色列、法国、德国、加拿大等国家和我国台湾地区开展医保信息化、智能化建设方面的应用实践,为我国“智慧医保”建设提供借鉴和参考。
One of the development goals of the 14 th Five-Year Plan on National Healthcare Security is to construct intelligent healthcare security(IHS),which is the inherent requirement of the high-quality development of healthcare security and the inevitable choice to comply with the development trend of digital intelligence.This paper summarizes the application and practice of healthcare security informatization and intelligent construction in Israel,France,Germany,Canada and the Taiwan region of China,in order to provide the reference for the construction of IHS in China.
